These beautifully illustrated rhyming children's books, written by Clare Luther and illustrated by Maria Floyd, are relatable and well researched. Each story helps children to explore their thoughts and feelings, offering them useful ways to think their emotions through and get conversations started. I really liked both books. You can consider Over My Head as a prequel novella for When You're With Me. Even both couples have a lot of similarities, and what I enjoyed the most was how honorable and gentleman the heroes were! When you're with me was a bit too long to me and the pacing could faster like the previous novella/5(2).
Here are 5 ways I listen to both my head and my heart: Start with your heart. I start by listening to my heart. I often feel drawn somewhere. I feel inspired to do something. Your heart may communicate with you in a different way. The more you listen, the better you’ll get at it. I go much deeper into this in my book, Follow Your Heart. I highly recommend, if you are a poetry lover, that you add this to your collection/5(21).
